Echo Bluff and Current River State Parks 2020

This is one of my favorite times of the year - to work at Echo Bluff and Current River State Parks as their Resident Artist!  It is my fourth year to teach, adventure, and explore our gorgeous Ozarks.

This year my supervisor had a budget to work with and she purchased "starter Journals" for the participants in one of the programs that I taught.  They were perfect to help jump start someone's experience with Nature Journaling.  The journal included a binder with lined and unlined paper, tabs, a mechanical pencil, eraser, post its, colored pencils, a ruler - whoa!!!  Additionally, I created some tabs that explained basic journaling techniques as well as ideas on how to journal birds, flowers, and  more.

As always, I also treasure my time to explore these sacred spaces, make discoveries, and record them in my journal.  Enjoy some of my journal entries from 2020 below.
